Requirements for the position include: - 2+ years' general retail experience - Bachelor's degree or 2 years' additional retail/service experience in lieu of a degree - Minimum of 1 year of supervisory/lead experience - Extensive experience leading the delivery of a high level of customer service in a brand retailer - Ability to recruit, lead and manage teams - Experience in coaching and counseling employees - Ability to communicate in English - Proficient with all Microsoft Office products - Ability to work all weekends, evenings and holidays as needed - Ability to, with or without accommodation, have the proficient use of both sensory perception/clarity and muscle control/coordination.
